HOW CREDITS WORK
Credit usage for Free and credit packs
Unlimited plans don't count Credits — live captions and recording transcription are both covered by fair use. The rates below apply to the Free allowance and credit packs.
Language count = the spoken language plus its translations. Speaking Chinese with English, Japanese and Korean translations is 4 languages. Captions with no translation is 1.
The Free plan's 4.5 Credits/month is about 5 hours of captions at the 1–2 language rate. You are charged for the seconds you actually broadcast — stop and the charging stops.
Spend order: subscription Credits first, then permanent Credits when those run out.
